After running forward for a ways, you’ll see a small cave in surrounded by pots. Run to the edge of the large roof to a small awning next to the roof, where a Kodama is sitting on the lower roof awning. Don't be a hero and take them out 1 at a time, no one's gonna truely be impressed if you can take them both out at once. A side passage to the right leads to a room of opened chests, and the Kodama hides among them. Defeat it, and move past to the end of the ledge where the Kodama hides below a Shrine on a ledge above. A room to your left contains an axe wielding enemy. Try and take them on one at a time as they can overwhelm you. Loot the Continue to the building and speak with the woman inside. Do NOT jump down just yet, but instead go back to the door you just skipped (at the stairs) to find two Proceed and eliminate the enemies in this room (there are some sentries, a skeleton warrior and two Oni-Bi's, plus an Oni). Beware the yokai with the bow. Head right to go up the stairwell to find an enemy with a spear. On the right will be a crawling yokai you can attack from the back and then get the jump on the oni.Head down the left passage and beware of the patrolling yokai and stay to the left into the next room to find a crawling yokai standiing over a corpse. Hug the right wall, and behind the house under a tree is another kodama!Stay against this wall (and watch out for ninjas). Below this door is a lower platform that you can drop down onto, and the Kodama is hiding on this ledge behind a crate. Run towards the area where the fire arrow trap is. When you begin traversing the firstt few passages, you'll find a Dweller at the end of the hall that forces you to step on a trap. Defeat the Oni, then go back to the side of the water you haven’t explored yet. Follow this pathway, then take the path between the two wooden fences. After that, turn and go behind the shrine in front of you. There are a total of 150 Kodama to find, with 25 in each of the 6 Regions of Nioh. The seventh Kodama is found in the poison filled Central Mine room. The next Kodama can be found in the room above - the large bandit room, but you need the Boss Key. Interact with them together and open the door. Lure the nearer ones into the walkway and then take out the arrow. Kill it and proceed through the next passageway. You can use the branch and jump onto the next tree where you can find some treasures but, in the end, it will probably end with you landing in the water or going back to the starting point. Once out on the beach near the ship the boss is in, look for a path to the right going back up to the village and the door to the previous Shrine. There are 9 Kodama to find in Mission 6 The Ocean Roars Again Head back across the upper platform to a locked door at the far end.
There are just four Kodama to find in this Sub Mission The Three Angry Gods By taking the ladder up from where you found the previous Kodama, head across the platform and look for a large stack of crates to the right of the door leading to the boss. In a nook in this room you will find a stone warrior behind some inanimate ones and a corpse with Head up the short stairs where the flaming arrow enemy is/was to find a double door held shut by some power. This path has a left turn up a hill to a large tree, where a Kodama hides behind it. A Kodama is hiding there. Take out the head and loot the chest. Okatsu has already arranged a meeting with his wife, the Lady Ginchiyo. To the left of the door you'll find the Kodama hiding. Beware of the statue enemy thing.
